How can I make a reservation?

You can make a reservation by phone or by writing us an e-mail (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.). For last minute reservations we recommend using the phone.

How long are the shows?

Shows are 25-35 minutes long. It depends on have long does it take for you to tackle a challenge and of course on how fast do you run.

What if I don’t have a reservation?

We highly recommend making a reservation in advance, because if you arrive without one we cannot ensure you the chance to enter. Of course if you happen to arrive at a time that isn’t already booked by someone else you can buy your ticket right then and there and enter minutes later. But it is always worth to give us a call even just an hour before so we can inform you about available times.

If you have a reservation, how early do you have to arrive at the place?

You have to arrive 10-15 minutes before the reservation you received, as we will explain the policy before the tour and everyone agrees by signing that you have started the horror tour at your own risk.  If you’re late we can not guarantee that you can play. There are NO REFUNDS!

How many people can enter at once?

Shows are starting at least with two guests, but with six at maximum. This latter restriction is upheld to ensure the security of the guests and to maintain the quality of the show.

The website says that there is a discount for groups of eight people or more. How is this possible if only six of us can enter at once?

In case of groups of more than six people we split the group into smaller ones and they will enter separately after one another. The discount will still be available when paying, they will only get separated upon entering the area of the show.

How can I buy tickets for the show?

Tickets can be purchased on the spot right before the show. Even if you’ve made a reservation earlier you can only pay for your tickets after arriving.

Can I buy gift cards for my friends?

Gift cards are also available, but they too can only be purchased in person (30 Rákóczi út, Budapest) during opening hours.

Can I pay by credit card?

Yes, You can pay by cash or by credit card after arrival.

I made an appointment through Cooltix's system. How can I change the date? Can I request a refund?

In the case of appointments booked on Cooltix, it is not possible to change the appointment on the Cooltix website. In this case, write us an email. It is not possible to refund tickets based on the general terms and conditions of Cooltix.

Is it possible to enjoy the show without knowing English?

It is recommended that you know English, because the show also consists of short scenes, and there are also small tasks. You can enjoy it even without knowing English based on the feedback of the guests.

Do you have a cloakroom or safe lockers?

We have lockers. In fact it is highly recommended to leave your belongings behind in them before entering.  

Any advice on what should we wear for the show?

Possibly something that is comfortable. You should definitely refrain from wearing high-heels, formal wear or even sandals or flip-flops as you will surely feel the need for running at least at some point during the show. We don't recommend wearing earrings or loose jewelry. It is a bit colder in winter, so we recommend a sweater.

What can't be brought into the haunted house and escape games area?

It is forbidden to bring food or drink. It is forbidden to bring a mobile phone. Other lighting devices such as smart watches. It is forbidden to bring a bag. We provide lockers for them for the duration of the game.
